My sons, ages 7 and 12, and their grandma have been taking lessons for several months now and it’s been a very positive experience. Joe is their piano teacher and we found his style to be a good fit for our family. He keeps things fun and energetic and very positive. I’ve seen my boys grow from only playing with 1 hand and at the beginning stages of reading notes to now playing with 2 hands, progress in reading notes, and learning the ‘technical’ aspects of playing. My mom loves the lessons, it’s been a lifelong dream of hers to learn an instrument and she is so happy with how much she’s learned in a short time. It’s never too late to learn! Khoi, who is the owner, also made it a point to come over and meet us, see how our progress is, make sure we’re happy with the lessons. I definitely recommend them and particularly Joe since he’s the one who’s been working with us.
